NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE, IF YOU WERE INJURED IN PENNSYLVANIA, WE CAN HELP!

Whether or not you live in Pennsylvania, you can have a Pennsylvania workers’ compensation claim. Our law firm has helped countless clients from Pennsylvania and throughout the United States receive the money and medical care they were entitled to because of their work-related injury. Our firm has also protected and expanded the rights of more workers who were injured in Pennsylvania than any other law office. There is never a charge unless we obtain money for you. Give us a call to find out how we can help you with your claim.

Fraud – Employers & Insurance Companies Commit Fraud Too!

If you read the papers, only injured workers are guilty of fraud. But that’s not true at all – although there is a small amount of fraud in the workers’ compensation syste, employers and insurers are also guilty of it. Click here to read Dan Siegel’s article outlining that fact.

When other lawyers need advice handling their workers’ compensation cases, they turn to Dan Siegel, so should you. If you were hurt at work, and need an attorney, or just have a question, call (877) 637-6116 or e-mail Dan Siegel for a free consultation. Dan will listen to you and explain your options. The consultation is free, and there is no further obligation. As always, there is no fee for representing you in a workers’ compensation claim unless Dan gets money for you.

Dear Clients and Friends:

The safety of our clients, friends, attorneys, and staff, and their families, is the top priority for our firm. We also believe that during these difficult times, we all must do our part to end the spread of COVID-19.

For that reason, we have closed our office in Havertown. Although our physical office is closed, our entire staff is working remotely.  Should you have any questions, we are here to help during this challenging time.  If you call the office at 610-446-3457, and your call is not immediately answered, please leave a message for us and we will promptly reply.

In addition, Pennsylvania state and federal courts have for the most part shut down, and some workers' compensation matters are proceeding by phone conference. Related proceedings such as depositions have been postponed. We are in the process of rescheduling all court appearances and will contact clients individually on a case by case basis.

We ask that during this challenging time, all of our clients remain safe and diligent.

Regards,

Dan Siegel, Christa High & Pam Myers
